PropelLeads Terms and Conditions
Effective date: September 11, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of propelleads.info and purchases of PropelLeads property-owner lists and related data services.
Please read these terms before placing an order. By expressly accepting these terms when ordering, you agree to them. If you order for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf. Customers must be at least 18 years old.
2. Our Services
PropelLeads compiles U.S. property-owner lists using publicly available information, tailored to agreed criteria such as counties, ZIP codes, property types, and ownership situations. Available categories and fields depend on the market and source records.
We supply data for research and lawful business prospecting. Our services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or real estate brokerage advice.
3. Orders, Payment and Delivery
Before payment, we will confirm the agreed criteria, available fields, record quantity or quantity basis, price, currency, payment schedule, delivery format, and estimated delivery timeframe in writing. Any agreed freshness standard or exclusive-use arrangement must also be specified in writing.
You are responsible for checking your requested criteria and providing accurate contact and delivery details. Changes after acceptance may require an updated price or delivery schedule, which must be agreed before we proceed.
If we cannot fulfill the agreed scope or delivery timeframe, we will notify you and seek agreement on a revised order or cancellation and refund for the undelivered portion.
An expressly agreed order-specific term takes precedence over a conflicting provision here for that order, subject to applicable law.
4. Data Accuracy and Limitations
Public records may contain errors, omissions, outdated details, and publication delays. Ownership, property status, and contact information can change after collection. You should independently verify relevant information before relying on it.
A list category describes a record-based classification, not a confirmed personal circumstance or intention. Inclusion in a probate, vacant, distressed, or similar list does not establish that the owner wants to sell or has requested contact.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not promise real-time updates, collection within one day of publication, exclusive access, verified contact details, or any particular response, appointment, transaction, or financial return.
These limitations do not remove our obligation to meet expressly agreed order specifications.
5. Permitted Use and Sharing
Subject to payment and the agreed order, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the delivered list for your own lawful business research and prospecting.
Employees and contractors may access it only as needed for that work and subject to equivalent restrictions and appropriate safeguards.
You may not resell, publicly publish, sublicense, or distribute our delivered list to unrelated parties without written permission.
These contractual restrictions do not give us ownership of underlying public records or restrict information independently obtained from lawful sources.
6. Responsible Outreach and Prohibited Uses
Purchasing a list does not provide consent to call, text, or email any person. Public availability does not automatically permit every use of personal information.
You are responsible for your outreach methods and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, telemarketing, Do Not Call, and communications laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act where applicable.
This includes obtaining any required consent, performing required suppression checks, and honoring opt-out requests. Neither party is relieved of its own legal obligations by these terms.
You must not use our services for harassment, fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, or other unlawful activity.
Lists must not be used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenant screening, or another purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Our services are not offered for those purposes.
7. Cancellations, Refunds and Data Concerns
The cancellation and refund terms applicable to an order will be
disclosed in writing before payment. Any restriction relating to custom work must be expressly agreed in advance. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
If a delivery appears incomplete or inconsistent with the agreed specifications, contact us with the order reference and examples.
We will review the issue and, where a failure to meet the agreed specifications is confirmed, arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund for the affected portion.
Campaign performance alone does not establish that a list failed to meet its specifications.
8. Privacy and Removal Requests
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and privacy requests.
To request access, correction, deletion, or suppression where applicable, contact info@propelleads.info.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and locate the relevant records, and will handle requests as required by applicable law.
Removal from records we control does not remove information from government records or independently operated sources. Any legally required downstream notices will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
9. Website Content and Availability
Our branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not misuse them or imply our endorsement without permission.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
You must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our services.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or suspected misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
Third-party links do not imply endorsement.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PropelLeads is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the website or lists.
This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
It does not override express order commitments or agreed remedies.
11. Disputes and Changes
Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent either party from exercising legal rights or seeking urgent relief.
Applicable law determines governing law and jurisdiction unless a valid separate written agreement provides otherwise.
We may update these terms and revise the effective date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter an accepted order without agreement.
Where required, we will provide notice and obtain acceptance of material changes.

Publication notes to remove before publishing
This is a proposed draft, not a legal opinion or confirmation of compliance. Replace all bracketed fields, confirm the refund/remedy and licensing provisions reflect your actual business practices, and have qualified counsel review it for the jurisdictions in which you operate. Serving U.S. customers does not establish that your legal business is based in the United States.
Link your published Privacy Policy in section 8. Present the terms before payment and obtain affirmative acceptance, retaining the accepted version with the order. Suggested checkbox: I agree to the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Marketing consent, when needed, should be obtained separately.
